There are many myths and misunderstandings surrounding solar thermal collectors. What type of collector is best suited for my specific application? There are obvious differences between flat plate and evacuated tube collectors, but there are also big differences between evacuated tube collectors. Some collectors may cost less but may require twice as many collectors to do the same job.
